Too busy to become a web analytics expert? WebSignalytics reads your GA4 data and delivers a plain-language report every Monday — what changed, why it matters, and what to do next. Something happened on your site last week. You probably don’t know what.
Two full reports before you pay a cent · No credit card required · Easy to cancel anytime
“Your website is doing things right now that you don’t know about. Some of them are good. Some of them aren’t.”
Traffic to your best page dropped 40% three weeks ago. Your contact form stopped working. A journalist linked to you and sent 200 visitors in a day — and you missed the window to follow up. Someone is searching for exactly what you offer and landing on a competitor instead. All of this is in your Google Analytics data. You just can’t see it.
GA4 records everything faithfully. But it was built for analysts — people whose job it is to interpret data, run comparisons, and build context over time. For everyone else, it’s a dashboard full of numbers that don’t mean anything without hours of work to make them mean something.
WebSignalytics does that work for you. Every Monday morning, a plain-language report in your inbox — what changed, what it means, and what to do about it. No dashboards, no expertise, no guessing.
GA4 shows you what happened. WebSignalytics shows you what it means.
Data. Numbers. Charts. Lots of them.
WebSignalytics.

Most business owners who try to use GA4 regularly spend 2–3 hours a month getting useful insight from it. WebSignalytics delivers the same insight in a 5‑minute Monday morning read.
What’s your time worth per hour?
Based on 2 hours/month producing equivalent insight manually. 14‑day free trial, no credit card required.
A guided setup, then it runs itself — week after week.
A guided wizard walks you through every step in plain English. Not sure if you have GA4? We’ll tell you. Don’t know which account to use? We’ll explain. You don’t need to know what any of it means — just follow the steps. WebSignalytics never modifies your data.
In a sentence or two, describe what your site does and who it’s for. That’s it. WebSignalytics uses this context to make every report specific to your site — not a generic template. A report for a leadership consultant reads differently than one for an e-commerce store.
Every week, WebSignalytics pulls your latest analytics and compares them against your site’s own history — not generic benchmarks. It detects what moved, filters out noise, and identifies patterns that matter for your specific site. Then it writes the report: plain language, grounded in your actual numbers, with context built up over weeks of learning your site’s patterns and seasonality. The longer you use it, the more it knows about what’s normal for you — and the sharper the signal when something isn’t.
A plain-language brief lands in your inbox before you start your week. Three bullets at the top tell you what mattered in 30 seconds. Scroll further for the full picture: what changed across traffic, content, engagement, and conversions — and up to three specific recommendations for what to do next. Recommendations from prior weeks are tracked and closed out, so you always know whether what you acted on made a difference. No dashboards needed, no logins, nothing to figure out.
Simple clarity now. Deeper clarity coming soon.
Sessions, users, and pageviews compared week-over-week and year-over-year. Directional signal: up, down, flat, by how much — and what's driving it.
Organic search, direct, referral, social. Any channel that moved significantly gets flagged with plain-language commentary.
Your most-visited pages that week, plus any page with an unusual spike or drop worth investigating.
Average session duration, engagement rate, pages per session. Signals whether visitors are staying or bouncing.
Contact form submissions, newsletter signups, and any other GA4 conversion events — tracked and interpreted weekly.
Most advice-givers don’t follow up to see if their advice worked. WebSignalytics does. Every recommendation includes the specific data behind it and a plain-English explanation of what to do. The following week, it checks whether the signal changed. If you acted on it and traffic to that page went up, you’ll see it. If nothing moved, you’ll see that too. Up to three per report, prioritised by impact, grounded in your actual numbers — not recycled generic tips.
Recommendations are matched to your site’s scale — a site with 50 visitors a week gets different advice than one with 5,000. As your traffic grows, so does the depth of the analysis. If you’re just getting started, WebSignalytics knows that and adjusts accordingly — no false confidence, no recommendations that assume data you don’t have yet.
Weekly checks across Brave Search, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity to see whether your site appears when people ask AI questions in your field. Claude isn’t included — Anthropic doesn’t provide a citation API. Microsoft Copilot is on the roadmap. No other weekly report tool tracks AI search visibility.
A monthly summary steps back from week-to-week noise to narrate the arc of the month — what worked, what didn’t, what changed. A quarterly review tracks whether past recommendations actually moved the needle. After 12 months, an annual report covers your full year: best and worst months, top content, what measurably improved, and where your site is headed.
Designed to actually help you improve your website results.
Setup is a guided wizard — one step at a time, with plain English throughout. If something goes wrong, we tell you exactly what happened and exactly what to do next. No "whoops, that didn't work" and then nothing. We won't leave you hanging. You can also stop partway through and come back later — your progress is saved exactly where you left off.
The price you subscribe at is yours permanently — it never changes as long as you stay subscribed. This isn’t a promotional offer we’ll retire — it’s structural: your price is locked at the subscriber level, not set by a policy we can change. If you cancel and come back within 12 months, your locked price is restored automatically.
Built by a small business owner who got tired of analytics tools that assume you have a data team. Every word in every report is written to be understood — no jargon, no assumed knowledge, no "figure it out yourself."
Most tools give you the same report on day one as they do on day 365. WebSignalytics builds a memory of your site — learning your patterns, your seasonality, and what’s worked before. At one month, three months, and six months, it checks in with a summary of what’s been learned. The longer you stay, the more useful it gets.
No credit card required. You’ll see exactly what WebSignalytics delivers — twice — before you decide anything. That’s not a timer. That’s a promise.
One click. No questions, no emails, no phone call required. You have your reasons and that’s good enough for us. But we’ll welcome you back anytime.
If you cancel an annual or 3‑year plan before it expires, you get a refund for the unused time — calculated to the day and processed automatically. No request needed, no back-and-forth. You paid for time you didn’t use, so you get it back.
Cancel and return within 12 months — your paid report history is ready and waiting.
Most small business owners aren’t choosing between analytics tools — they’re choosing between WebSignalytics and doing nothing useful with their data.

Yes — WebSignalytics reads your existing Google Analytics (GA4) data to generate your reports. If GA4 isn't on your site yet, you'll need to install it first. Google's free setup guide takes about 15 minutes, and we link to it directly during onboarding. Once GA4 is installed and running, connecting it to WebSignalytics takes about two minutes — and that's the part we walk you through.
AI search engines — including ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, and others — are increasingly answering questions directly, often without sending the user to a website at all. If your site is cited in those answers, you get visibility without a click. If it isn’t, you’re invisible to a growing share of how people search.
Each week, WebSignalytics sends topic-relevant queries to major AI search engines and checks whether your site appears in the responses. Traditional analytics can’t see this traffic — when AI answers a question and cites your site, no click is recorded in GA4. Currently we probe Brave Search, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Perplexity. Microsoft Copilot is deferred while their developer API remains impractical. Claude is the one notable absence — not by choice. Anthropic doesn’t provide a web search API, so there’s no programmatic way to query Claude and check whether your site appears in its responses. When they do, we will definitely include it.
The price you subscribe at is yours permanently — it never changes as long as you stay subscribed. This isn’t a promotional offer we’ll retire — it’s structural: your price is locked at the subscriber level, not set by a policy we can change. Whatever you pay on day one, you’ll still pay five years from now, in whatever currency you signed up in. If you cancel and come back within 12 months, your locked price is restored automatically. If you’re away for more than 12 months, current pricing applies when you return.
One important note: your pricing tier is locked at the time you subscribe, not when you start your free trial. Tiers fill in order — if a tier fills while you’re in your trial, subscribing after that point means the next tier applies. Starting a trial doesn’t hold your spot.
You can cancel any time from Account Settings with one click. No phone call, no email request, no confirmation form. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Annual and 3‑year plans receive a pro-rated refund of unused time, automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your account stays open after cancellation — reactivate any time with one click.
If you cancel an annual or 3‑year plan before it expires, you receive a refund for the unused portion — calculated to the day. For example, if you cancel six months into a 12‑month plan, you receive a refund for the remaining six months. The refund is processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days. No request needed, no back-and-forth — it happens when you cancel. Monthly plans are not refunded for the current billing period, but your access continues until the period ends.
Your 14‑day trial starts when you connect Google Analytics — not when you sign up. You’ll receive two full Monday reports before we ask for a payment decision. At day 12, we automatically send you a reminder email — a heads-up that your trial ends in two days, with a direct link to subscribe. One thing worth doing: check your junk folder after signup and mark us as a trusted sender so that reminder doesn’t get buried. At day 14 your trial ends and reports pause until you subscribe. A credit card is required to continue. The 14 days of report history collected during your trial is saved and available when you subscribe.
One thing to be aware of: your pricing tier is determined at the time you subscribe, not when your trial starts. Pricing tiers fill in order — if a tier fills while you’re in your trial, subscribing after that point means the next tier applies. Starting a trial doesn’t hold your spot.
Your site history is preserved for the weeks you were an active paying subscriber — and restored automatically when you reactivate. Weeks during which your account was inactive are not backfilled. If you cancel and return within 12 months, your locked price is also restored automatically.
WebSignalytics is built primarily for independent consultants, coaches, fractional executives, and small professional services firms — people who have a website they care about but no one on staff with the time or expertise to interpret analytics data. If you have GA4 installed, publish content or offer services online, and would benefit from knowing what's actually happening on your site each week without logging into a dashboard or becoming an analyst — this is for you. At $19–$39 per month, it costs less than an hour of your time.
